Less Space, High Reliability

The i-Mix system is a standalone component for tunnel systems, self-serve bays, and in-bay automatics that provides space-saving benefits and reliability to all types of car wash systems and brands.

Space is at a premium in equipment rooms of all car washes. Equipment rooms are getting smaller, and drums are taking up more space. i-Mix changes all that. The system is compact, with a 50-inch width and 50-inch height and comes with a wall-mounting assembly, freeing floor space for other equipment or drums.

Another distinctive feature of the i-Mix system is the “no-float” design. Instead of a mechanical float, i-Mix employs digital monitoring of liquid levels in the transparent bowls.

Unlike any other system, i-Mix has only one moving part. And, with no rubber diaphragm opening and closing continuously, it experiences less wear and tear. All of the features and benefits of the i-Mix translates into less repairs, less downtime, and lower maintenance costs over time.

The system is versatile, accommodating all manufactured chemicals. Any combination of pump or blenders can be used. It is designed for simplicity, ease of use, and installs quickly. Shelf shown here is optional.
