1 i-Mix: The i-Mix is a breakthrough no-float design for accurate electronic blending, less drum storage thanks to hyper concentrates, fewer mechanical parts and less repair.

2 CAT Pump: Single durable pump, mounted for prime access and exposure, making servicing and regular maintenance a snap.

3 Variable Frequency Drive (VFD): Computerized smart controller for motor, with operator-selectable pressures at the gun or brush; automatically converts two-wire system to three wire system, with the VFD creating the third phase when 3-phase is not available.

4 Controller: The Single Board Controller (SBC2000) are the brains of the i-Wash system, with easy selection of solutions, pump speeds, water sources, and water temperatures; status panel provides light indicators for quick status checks.

5 Control Box: Has an easy, snap-on clear cover to view operations and functionality without having to remove a cumbersome metal panel box cover found on most control boxes.

6 Tap-n-Go Start: A “tap-n-go” magnetic test switch is also included which means there is no need to open the control box for a test wash or to start the pump for a wash down timer. Just wave the “tap-n-go” key fob over the targets on the box and the i-Wash starts and runs for a set amount of time.

7 Injector Manifold: Solution injectors controlled by a SBC 2000 Controller (single board controller) can be blended on-the-fly and pulsed for creating multi-color effects in the bay or combined to create different applications.

8 Air Injection: Easy to adjust air regulator gauge which controls all foam functions with a gauge to view air pressure.

9 Water Connections: Simple hose connections to the i-Wash reduce contractors time for building connectivity and a pre-plumb manifold is available allowing the contractor to run lines before the i-Wash delivers.

10 Power Supply: All the DC power and breakers for the multiple i-Wash devices are in one box making our equipment the easiest to troubleshoot on the market today.

11 Tank: The stainless steel i-Wash water tank is made to last and designed for optimum temperature control. The tank is fully insulated for hot and cold to maintain temperatures desired.

Weep Manifold The i-Wash weep manifold is integrated into the pump unit and allows water to flow through the lines to the gun and brush to keep from freezing in northern climates. It is also adjustable to meter the water flow and eliminate waste. For more control, add the i-Weep Control System. [ hide ]

i-Weep Control System The weep control electronic device senses temperature and pulses the water flow at different intervals based on how cold it is. Depending on climate and conditions a shorter or longer pulse can be implemented to maintain optimum water flow in different temperatures. This system can also control heat for the meter boxes to keep electronics free from moisture and freezing. The i-Weep Control System requires the Weep Manifold. [ hide ]

Reclaim Weep Pump This pump is designed to use water recycled back to a central basin to maintain the water supply and pressure needed to weep the devices in the bay. i-Wash is always striving to be economic and eco-conscious! [ hide ]

i-Dry This device is designed to be operated by the customer in the bay. When the selection is made on the meter box the system is active. The customer presses the button on the hand held nozzle starting the motors for the dryer. The overhead boom makes it easy for the customer to dry their car and use more time in the bay giving more revenues to the car wash owner. [ hide ]

Pre-Installed manifold This manifold can be purchased separately so the installation contractor can run all of the utilities to the i-Wash area prior to delivery. By pre-installing the manifold, set-up time for the i-Wash pump is greatly reduced. [ hide ]

Spot Free A bolt-on manifold allows spot-free water to be pumped using the CAT pump. The spot-free pump speed is controlled to use just the right amount of water. The controller flushes the pump with fresh water after this operation so the reverse osmosis (RO) or deionized (DI) water doesn't’t sit in the pump. [ hide ]

Single Phase VFD The VFD automatically converts 2-wire systems to 3-wire systems creating a third phase when 3-phase is not available. [ hide ]
